Day Course
Tuesday-Friday 9.30am-2.30pm (£95 per head per day)
During this time we will look at up to 10 varieties of fish and shellfish (Cornish wherever possible). I will teach you how to fillet the fish, and by the end of the day you will have mastered this useful technique. After the fish is prepared we will cook it, looking at the various stages the flesh goes through until it is cooked.
Then you eat it!
Evening Courses
Wednesday-Friday 6.30pm-9.30pm (£75 per head per evening)
The evening courses are a mini sessions of the day course. We look at up to 7 varieties of fish and shellfish and master as many techniques as time allows. The evenings are great fun and a fantastic night out with friends whilst learning lots along the way.
